Spring Into A New Groove
Sometimes, with all the errand running,
work, bill paying, catching up on emails
and everything else we try to jam pack in our day,
we don't get a chance to introduce new things
into our lives. While Terry McMillian had to travel
to the Islands to find her new groove, we can
make an effort to find our new grooves right here
in San Fernando Valley!
While the birds are practicing their new songs
and nature is brightening its colors, what will
finding your new groove look like? It could be as
simple as incorporating a new bath routine into
your schedule where you crack open your wine,
pour the bubbles and zone out with no interruption
(for at least 1 hour). Or, it could be a new do!
Put a little spice into your look and step out in
style.
There are lots of great reasons to spring into your
new groove. Our chapter has a full line up of
activities planned. Have fun finding your groove,
and we'll see you around!
